William Kelly

William Kelly, formerly served as Senior VP (CTO) for Cereplast Inc. Mr. Kelly is a formulation chemist with extensive experience formulating polymer blends and compounding. He has 35 years of industrial experience in fortune 500 companies including General Electric, DuPont, Amoco, and Carrier Corp. Mr. Kelly’s work has lead to 8+ patents and the commercialization of many products including KADEL® Polyketone resin, AMODEL® PPA resin, NORYL® PPO resin, RADEL® R7000 Polyethersulfone. Mr. Kelly has spent the over 16 years synthesizing, blending, compounding, and formulating Polylactic acid polymers and biopolymers. Mr. Kelly is one of the leading authorities on Polylactic acid chemistry and its compounding. His extensive knowledge of this biodegradable and biobased polymer system has lead to numerous PLA products including resins for paper coating, injection molding, thermoforming, cutlery, compostable bags, food packaging, furniture items, dog toys, and golf tees.

Allison Flynn

Allison Flynn is a scientist and a researcher who uses innovation to create solutions for environmental challenges. For 27 years she has developed products that balance social needs with ecological costs. Working with experts in the field and applying basic problem-solving concepts, Allison has created products and intellectual property from a degradable chewing gum to reusable cryogenic shipping containers, biobased plastics and additives to sustainable agricultural products from agricultural and ecological residues.  She has created products from superabsorbent polymers for hygiene and agriculture applications, sustainable biopolymer foams, and biodegradable film for agricultural use.
